Cause:
1. MP3 player get the virus or comfilic with downloaded file.
2. Wrong formatting method.
3. No battery power.
Solution:
1. "FAT" format the computer. If does not work, need to repair the software.
2. Use "FAT" format MP3 player once again.
3. Recharge.
