Cause:
1. Wrong format
2. Wrong compress proportion
3. Virus contained in the computer which used for downloading.
Solution:
1. Re-download the music with the format which supported by the machine.
2. Download the right compress proportion.
3. "FAT" format the machine to kill virus. Re-download again but must ensure there is not virus.
