Firmware is a built-in program which supports full operations and settings of mp3 player.
If it is damaged, the mp3 player cannot work properly, even it may not start up.
Firmware is easy to be damaged while formatting the mp3 player with wrong file system,
only FAT system is recommended while formatting.
