If your operating system is later than Windows98 SE, please check if it conflicts with other USB devices,
just unplug all other devices except mp3 player.
For Windows 98, go to Control Panel, double click System icon, go to hardware manager (or device manager),
if there is an item named Unknown USB device (accompanied with a yellow question mark),
right click on it and remove it. Go back to Control Panel, and double click Add new Hardware.
Then let Windows search new hardware. Specify drive location during installation (folder path on your driver CD).
If you continuously face an installation error, you may need to download and install latest service pack
from Windows update.
You may need to update USB driver for your motherboard, please get support from IT professionals or PC manufacturers.
